Terms of Conditions (1 April 2017)

The Service provided by the Company is a generic term for career consulting services that introduce job openings that match the careers, skills, aptitudes, and future aspirations of the Users, as well as other job change support services incidental thereto.

By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company may terminate the provision of the Service without any notice to the User if the Company deems that the User falls under any of the following

(1) When the User has significantly violated these Terms.
(2) When the relationship of trust between the User and the Company cannot be maintained.

Users shall use the Service on their own initiative and shall bear all responsibility for their use.

The Company will confirm the working conditions, such as the content and treatment of the job, in the event that the User joins a recruiting company, but the User shall be responsible for directly confirming the working conditions with the recruiting company again before entering into an employment contract.

However, it is the responsibility of the User to re-confirm the working conditions with the recruiting company before entering into an employment contract. The User agrees that the working conditions confirmed by the Company and notified to the User are not a final guarantee of the employment contract.

In the event that a dispute arises between a User and a third party as a result of the User’s use of the Service, except in cases where the Company is responsible, the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, and the User shall deal with such dispute at his/her own risk and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Service may not necessarily lead the User to a successful career change.

The User shall not engage in the following acts on the Service.

(1)Registering or notifying false or inaccurate information
(2)Acts that slander, threaten, or coerce a third party or this company, or acts that have the potential to do so
(3) Infringing on any rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, of a third party or the Company
(4) Infringes the property, privacy, honor, or other rights of any third party or the Company.
(5)Conducting business activities using the Service, or providing information for the purpose of profit.
(6) Copying, selling, publishing, or otherwise using information obtained through the Service beyond the scope of private use.
(7) Any action that interferes with the operation of the Service or damages the credibility of a third party or the Company, or any action that has the potential to do so.
(8) Actions that are or may be offensive to public order and morals.
(10) Actions that violate or may violate various laws and regulations.

By using this service, you agree that there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a new job, and that in the event of a dispute with a recruiting company regarding working conditions or other contractual matters, you agree to consult with the recruiting company and resolve the dispute at your own expense and responsibility. In addition to the provisions of the statute of limitations in these Terms of Use, in the event that the registered user incurs damage as a result of using the Service and for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall be liable only for damage within the scope of normal occurrence as a direct result of such damage, and shall not be liable for any other damage. The Company shall not be liable for any other damages.

The Company does not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, safety, appropriateness, usefulness, or up-to-dateness of the information provided, as the information provided by the Service is the responsibility of the recruiting company. Users shall use the information at their own risk.

The Company makes no guarantee whatsoever that the use of the Service by the User will be effective, such as that the User will always succeed in finding a job, changing jobs, or improving his/her career.

In the event that a User violates these Terms of Use and causes damage to the Company, the User shall be liable to compensate the Company for any and all damages, whether direct or indirect.

The handling of personal information is set forth in the “Personal Information Protection Policy” separately. The Company shall appropriately collect, use, manage, and store users’ personal information based on these policies, or provide such information to third parties.

The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes to the Terms shall be posted on the Internet, and all users shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes after one month has passed.

In the event of any question arising from the interpretation of these Terms of Use, or any matter not provided for in these Terms of Use, the Company and the User shall consult in good faith to resolve the matter.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any and all disputes arising in connection with the Service or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
