This position is responsible for data utilization policy planning and company-wide data strategy.
Working closely with the management team and each business unit, this position will draw up a vision of how data should be utilized in response to business needs and draw out the potential of data assets that are not being utilized. This is a core data strategy position that is not merely analytical work, but rather plays a role in leading corporate decision-making and value creation from a data-driven perspective.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Propose and promote data utilization policies that are directly linked to decision-making in close collaboration with each business unit
    ・ Listen carefully to business issues and on-site needs, and design data strategies that can be applied flexibly
    ・ Involve internal analytical personnel and each project across the board, and lead data utilization measures oriented toward overall optimization (including PMO work).
  • Requirements
    -Ability to think and act on one's own
    -Communication and collaboration skills to work with people from diverse fields
    -Problem solving skills (scoping, goal setting, problem setting)
    -Basic data analysis skills
  • Preferred
    Digital marketing experience, including customer and market analysis
    - Manufacturing experience, including planning, product development, production, quality, and purchasing
    - Problem solving experience, including consulting

As an insight analyst, you will grasp changes in society, the environment, and technology from multiple perspectives, formulate hypotheses, design surveys, conduct actual research, extract insights, and report the research results, providing statistical support and verbalizing insights. You will also contribute to the creation of new business, product, and service concepts.
