We are seeking a highly skilled Application Maintenance Specialist to join our DevOps team, responsible for managing and maintaining the operational stability of our financial applications. This role requires close collaboration with our offshore development team in India to ensure smooth deployment, continuous monitoring, and proactive maintenance of critical financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in application support, DevOps practices, and financial domain knowledge to drive system reliability and performance.

・Collaborate effectively with the offshore development team in India to provide technical support and resolve application issues throughout the software lifecycle.
・Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, supporting automation of deployments and environment consistency.
・Monitor application health using modern monitoring and alerting tools; diagnose and troubleshoot incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
・Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions.
・Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support application enhancements.
・Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance to optimize application stability and responsiveness.
・Stay current with evolving DevOps methodologies, financial industry regulations, and technology trends to recommend improvements.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
・Proven experience in application maintenance, support, or DevOps roles, ideally within financial services or related industries.
・Strong understanding of financial systems, including relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
・Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
・Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) and automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
・Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, ELK Stack).
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve urgent issues under pressure.
・Strong communication skills and proven experience collaborating with offshore teams in a virtual environment.
・Relevant industry certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert, ITIL).
・Ability to document clearly and maintain operational knowledge bases and runbooks.
