Lead the development and execution of Audi Japan’s training strategy to enhance brand value and strengthen retail performance across Sales and After Sales. The role is responsible for designing impactful training programs, developing leadership and technical capabilities within the network, and ensuring alignment with global standards while driving continuous improvement.

2) プレゼンテーションスキル
3) 語学力: 日本語: ネイティブレベル, 英語: ビジネスレベル
4) PCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5) ステークホルダーに対する優れたコミュニケーション・交渉スキル
