A global leader specializing in high‑speed automotive data‑transmission solutions. Unlike traditional wire‑harness manufacturers, the company focuses on advanced data cables, connectors, and custom cable assemblies that support next‑generation mobility technologies. Their products enable fast, secure, and reliable data flow for modern vehicles, including systems used in ADAS, cameras, sensors, infotainment, autonomous driving, and connected‑car platforms.
In this role, you will act as the technical interface between Japanese automotive OEM customers and global engineering teams, supporting the development and application of wire harness and high-speed data solutions for next-generation vehicle systems.
As part of your onboarding process, you will be sent to one or possible both China and Germany for several months of training to familiarize yourself with the products and technologies.
You will be embedded in the world's largest OEM as a resident engineer and handling customer-facing technical discussions, coordinate requirements with internal development teams, support project execution and business expansion activities, and help ensure successful delivery of automotive connectivity solutions working with some of the world's best engineers.

・Define and propose technical solutions related to wire harness and high-speed data systems
・Support customer technical discussions and requirement analysis
・Coordinate with global R&D and manufacturing teams
・Represent customer technical interests during development projects and ramp-up activities
・Support sales activities and future business acquisition
・Maintain and develop technical customer interfaces and understand customer technology roadmaps
・Support project execution and issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Engineering background (Mechanical or Electronics)
・Experience with wire harness technology or high-speed data systems
・Fluent Japanese, Business-level English
・3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive development processes
・Energetic, proactive and flexible mindset
・MS Office skills
