In this role, you will design and develop automotive electronic hardware for advanced domain controller products used in ADAS, body control, and integrated cockpit applications.

You will collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and global engineering teams to develop complex ECU platforms utilizing high-performance SoCs, DDR memory, automotive communication networks, and safety-critical architectures while supporting products from concept through mass production.

    Hardware Design & Development
    ・Design and develop electronic hardware for automotive domain controller products.
    ・Design analog and digital circuits.
    ・Develop SoC, MCU, DDR4, and DDR5 peripheral circuitry.
    ・Design power management and DC-DC converter circuits.
    ・Design automotive communication interfaces including CAN and LIN.

    Product Development & Verification
    ・Create technical specifications, ITS documentation, and SPPC documentation.
    ・Participate in design reviews and product verification activities.
    ・Define EOLT testing requirements and support product validation.
    ・Verify product readiness for mass production.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    ・Collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
    ・Support BOM optimization, productivity improvements, and technical issue resolution.
    ・Work closely with global development teams located in Ireland and India.

    Manufacturing Transfer & Mass Production Support
    ・Transfer drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical knowledge to manufacturing teams.
    ・Support production launch and manufacturing process implementation.
    ・Participate in QRQC and mass-production problem-solving activities.
    ・Analyze production defects and implement corrective actions.
    ・Provide technical support for EOLT systems.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・3+ years of experience developing automotive ECUs, vehicle electronics, or automotive components.
    ・3+ years of embedded hardware design and development experience.
    ・Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN or LIN.
    ・Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
    ・Conversational Japanese or above.
    ・Business-level English.
