The company operates internationally with strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with major OEMs to develop next-generation safety and in-cabin technologies.
In this role, you will lead the site's supply chain operations and manage a team responsible for customer service, planning, and procurement activities.
You will drive S&OP processes, demand management, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and customer relationship management while balancing quality, cost, delivery, and inventory targets.

- Team Leadership & Organization Development
・Lead and develop customer service and procurement teams (approximately 5 members).
・Establish and manage KPIs including service level, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.
・Build a high-performing supply chain organization through coaching and team development.
S&OP & Production Planning
・Lead monthly and weekly S&OP meetings across Production, Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing.
・Drive data-based decision making using SAP and planning tools.
・Develop contingency and recovery plans for supply disruptions and demand fluctuations.
Demand & Customer Management
・Manage relationships with key OEM customers.
・Conduct demand analysis and forecasting activities.
・Improve delivery performance and supply chain visibility through logistics platforms and digital tools.
Inventory & Supplier Management
・Lead inventory reduction initiatives and working capital improvement projects.
・Optimize inventory strategies while maintaining supply stability.
Negotiate and implement logistics schemes with suppliers, including: VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
Milk-run logistics, , Inventory optimization programs, Supply Chain Transformation
Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives., Enhance SAP utilization and supply chain planning processes.
・Support long-term supply chain strategy development.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・3+ years of experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain functions related to automotive components.
・Experience creating and managing production plans.
・Business-level Japanese & English

- ・SAP experience.
・3-5 years of supply chain management experience.
・Team leadership or people management experience.
・Experience managing customer-facing supply chain activities.
・S&OP experience.
・Inventory management experience.
