A global automotive technology company specializing in cockpit electronics, including digital instrument clusters, infotainment systems, head-up displays, and domain controllers. Headquartered in America, they partner with major automakers worldwide to deliver innovative, software-defined vehicle solutions that enhance the driver and passenger experience.
This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations while managing the local IT support team and external service providers. The position will also act as the key IT partner for the Japan business, working closely with global IT teams to implement global standards and initiatives while addressing local business and manufacturing requirements.

- Lead regional IT operations covering infrastructure, applications, end-user computing, servers, virtualization, networks, and manufacturing IT.
Manage the lifecycle, availability, performance, security, and compliance of regional IT systems and infrastructure.
Support manufacturing environments, including MES and plant IT systems, and ensure effective coordination with central and global IT teams.
Act as the primary IT partner for Japan business leadership, translating business requirements into practical IT solutions aligned with global standards.
Lead and develop the local IT support team, including performance management, capability development, cross-training, succession planning, and resource optimization.
Manage external IT vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring SLA achievement and high-quality service delivery.
Support global IT transformation, infrastructure, application, and security initiatives within Japan.
Manage regional IT budgets, including OPEX/CAPEX, capacity planning, cost optimization, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Identify and mitigate operational, security, and technology lifecycle risks while maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across the regional IT environment.

- 応募資格（必須）
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application operations.
Experience supporting IT within an automotive manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing IT teams and local support organizations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of end-user computing, servers, networks, and infrastructure technologies.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows/Wintel environments and virtualization platforms such as VMware.
Understanding of MES and manufacturing/plant IT environments.
Experience managing external vendors and outsourced IT service providers.
Experience working within global, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and operational leadership skills.
Fluent Japanese and business-level English.

ITIL or similar IT service management knowledge.
Strong experience with MES or other manufacturing systems.
Knowledge of enterprise information security, compliance, vulnerability management, and IT risk management.
Experience managing IT budgets, infrastructure lifecycle planning, and business continuity.
