ドイツの自動車部品メーカーと日本の自動車部品メーカーが設立した合弁会社で、自動車用の気候制御システムを提供しています。この合弁事業は、日本市場における車両の快適性向上と安全性を支援するため、バスやトラック、建設車両、キャンピングカーなどの特別用途車両向けのヒーティングおよび空調ソリューションを展開しています。主に補助ヒーターや気候管理システムで強みを持ち、日本全国での販売やアフターサービスを提供しています
You will serve as the key finance leader for Japan, overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory and IFRS reporting, full financial planning and analysis cycle, budgeting, internal controls, tax governance, cost controlling.
Working closely with local, regional and global teams, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial governance while leading a lean local team and managing external vendors.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and global standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage monthly financial performance reviews, variance analysis, and reporting packages.
• Provide deep sales, margin, and expense analysis to support management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects such as special price, project price and cost optimization projects.
• Oversee audits and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
• Play a key role in strengthening governance, improving systems, and driving process excellence.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Requirement Profile
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA equivalent preferred
• 8–12 years of finance experience in a multinational environment with at least 3 years in
budgeting/controlling experience.
• Solid knowledge of Japan statutory, IFRS,Tax, and BEPS.
• Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency strongly preferred
• Operation Experience Using SAP（current : SAP B1, in a couple of years: S4/HANA）
• Practical experience in management accounting (Standard cost accounting,Varience
analysis,reporting to management)
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions to various challenges in the field of
financial accounting.
• Experience team management (more 3 years)
