As a Fab Engineer within the DRY Etch Process Engineering team, you will drive manufacturing excellence for advanced DRAM semiconductor products by leading process and equipment improvement initiatives across high-volume production operations. You will work closely with process engineers, equipment engineers, technicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve yield, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency. In this role, you will analyze production challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to optimize process performance and operational stability. You will also support the installation, qualification, and modification of leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment, enabling continuous advancement of production capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with development and manufacturing teams during new product introductions, helping to resolve technical issues and successfully transition products into mass production. Through participation in both local and global engineering initiatives, you will contribute to best practice sharing, standardization efforts, and long-term continuous improvement programs across Micron's worldwide manufacturing network.

- Partner with development and production teams during new product introductions to identify technical risks and ensure successful high-volume manufacturing ramp-up.
- Lead and communicate progress on continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to global best-practice sharing and standardization efforts across Micron manufacturing sites.

- - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support project execution in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
