In this role you will serve as the internal customer representative for quality, leading responses to 0km defects, field and warranty issues, supplier-related incidents, customer escalations, audits, and preventive quality activities.
The position manages an approximately six-person quality team and works closely with Japanese automotive OEM customers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and international stakeholders.

- Quality Strategy & Plant Quality Improvement
・Lead overall quality activities across the manufacturing site.
・Drive quality performance toward Zero Defects and improved customer satisfaction.
・Monitor key quality performance indicators and develop improvement plans.
・Lead quality culture and continuous-improvement activities across the organization.
・Support plant leadership on quality-related matters.
Customer Quality & Quality Assurance
・Act as the primary quality interface for customers during ongoing mass production.
・Manage customer quality communications, escalations, and follow-up activities.
・Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
・Monitor and verify conformity of components, finished products, and manufacturing processes.
・Lead and support responses to customer quality audits.
・Represent customer quality requirements internally across the plant.
Warranty Quality & QRQC
・Lead QRQC – Quick Response Quality Control activities.
・Respond to 0km defects, field failures, warranty issues, and supplier-caused incidents.
・Drive root-cause investigation using FTA – Fault Tree Analysis and other quality methodologies.
・Lead corrective actions, PDCA activities, and recurrence prevention.
・Manage Warranty QRQC and warranty cases when required.
・Coordinate external sorting companies when necessary.
Supplier Quality
・Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and provide guidance on improvement activities.
・Review supplier analysis of returned or defective components.
・Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.
・Work with the wider Supplier Quality network to obtain FTA results and follow up on PDCA actions.
Quality Systems & Preventive Quality
・Lead and support quality-system audits and plant quality-improvement activities.
・Promote preventive quality through Gemba, OJT, Layered Process Audits, and Reverse-FMEA.
・Ensure effective application of key automotive quality tools including FTA, FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, QRQC, PDCA,
Project & Change Quality
・Participate in new projects and change-management activities from a quality perspective.
・Verify compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
・Lead and enforce 4M change management.
・Identify and mitigate quality risks associated with manufacturing or product changes.
Team Management
・Manage an approximately six-person quality organization.
・Lead Quality Engineers, Technicians, and other quality personnel.
・Provide direction on customer issues, warranty cases, quality improvements, and preventive activities.
・Develop effective collaboration across Quality, Production, Engineering, suppliers, and customer organizations.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・10+ years of Warranty Quality experience within the automotive industry.
・Strong knowledge of FTA / Fault Tree Analysis.
・Strong understanding of automotive quality tools, including FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions
・People-management experience.
・Direct experience working with or supporting Japanese automotive OEMs (JOEMs).
・Experience handling customer-facing quality issues and communication.
・Japanese: Business level, sufficient for direct communication with OEM customers.
・English: Business level, sufficient for international meetings and email communication.
