A Japanese deep-tech startup established in April 2024, specializing in the development of autonomous driving systems for heavy-duty trucks. The company aims to transform Japan’s logistics industry by addressing challenges such as driver shortages, an aging workforce, and increasing freight transportation demand. Focusing on autonomous highway transportation, it develops advanced AI-powered technologies designed to improve transportation safety, operational efficiency, and logistics sustainability. Through collaboration with automotive manufacturers and logistics companies, the company is working toward the commercialization of autonomous trucking solutions and the development of next-generation automated freight transportation infrastructure in Japan.
This role focuses on deploying, validating, troubleshooting, and supporting autonomous driving systems in real-world operational environments. The position is responsible for on-site vehicle integration, system bring-up, issue analysis, and field testing support across sensors, computing platforms, and vehicle communication systems.

- ・Perform on-site installation, configuration, and basic validation of autonomous driving vehicles and related equipment including sensors and computing units.
・Conduct on-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across software, hardware, and communication systems.
・Collaborate with R&D teams to reproduce issues, collect logs, analyze data, and drive issue resolution to closure.
・Support functional testing, road testing, and field testing activities for autonomous driving systems.
・Ensure stable operation of autonomous driving platforms during real-world deployment and daily operations.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Educational background in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields.
・Familiarity with basic Linux operations including log inspection and network troubleshooting.
・Basic proficiency in C, Python, or similar programming languages, or familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
・Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot issues involving both software and hardware systems.
・Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to learn and work independently.
・Working proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, and English.
