The firm is seeking an experienced developer for the creation of systems and applications for personal agents.
This role is for advanced-level professionals with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and development experience.
The position is based in Tokyo but offers flexibility in terms of remote work and working hours.

- - Develop and design AI/Agents, integrating vehicle information and sensor data.
- Create AI/Agents capable of understanding and acting on human behaviors inside vehicles.
- Utilize LLMs and collaborate with international partners.
- Employ a range of development tools and methodologies, including Git, ONNX, TensorFlow, AWS, and Agile.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - Proficiency in LLMs, including pretraining and edge integration.
- Experience in cloud development (AWS, Azure).
- Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 700 or higher).
- Development languages: ONNX, TensorFlow, Kotlin, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit).
- Experience with infrastructure: Amazon Web Services, Azure, On-Premises.
- Proficiency in development methodologies: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with communication tools: Teams (or Slack).
- Proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence.
Desirable:
- Experience in Android application framework development.
- Expertise in POSIX-compatible OS (Linux, QNX) software development.
- Participation in global projects and large-scale software development.
- Higher TOEIC score (800 or higher).
