As the AI/ML R&D Manager, you'll oversee the development and strategic application of next-gen AI/ML technologies, mainly in the data science domain. Your role includes:
- Managing researchers and technical teams to align emerging technologies with business needs
- Leading the formulation and promotion of research themes based on global tech trends and internal capabilities
- Translating R&D efforts into tangible product or project plans through both project and product management
- Identifying and integrating external and internal technological seeds relevant to business innovation
応募資格（必須）

- Demonstrated experience in AI/Data Science R&D
- Proven track record managing technical development projects
- Experience in people management

In this position you will work on one of the Japanese space industry's most renowned and cutting-edge projects. Your work will be to develop the technology for this operation through your systems engineering expertise alongside a large team of space industry professionals. Your work will be done in close coordination with JAXA and will help grow the Japanese space industry as a global leader. There are many opportunities related to this work and those in a senior role will be asked to act as a leader developing junior engineers with responsibility. Those in junior positions will learn from experienced engineers and develop themselves into future leaders.
