Lead the definition and execution of market-driven product strategies for advanced cockpit electronics, bridging customer needs with innovative technology solutions. This role drives product roadmap execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver next-generation in-vehicle experiences.

- Develop and implement a market-driven product strategy and roadmap for cockpit electronics, aligned with customer and business objectives.
Define and manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch, including Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and global product teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technology advancements to identify new business opportunities.
Drive innovation in product architecture, system integration, and technical proof-of-concept initiatives.
Engage with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, and align product direction with market needs.
Manage cost structure, Bill of Materials (BOM), and profitability targets for assigned product lines.
Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning to enhance competitiveness and market share.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in product management or system development within automotive or electronics industries.
Strong understanding of cockpit electronics, including clusters, IVI, telematics, and ADAS systems.
Proven experience developing product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
Strong technical background in software, semiconductors, and automotive electronics architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to collaborate across global teams.

- Experience working directly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers on cockpit or electronic systems.
Knowledge of automotive standards and development processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).
MBA or equivalent business education with a focus on strategy or technology management.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional or global product teams.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, connectivity, and digital cockpit integration.
