The main responsibility is to gather, organize, and oversee stakeholder requirements throughout the entire lifecycle process. This role ensures proper data management within Requirements Management tools and evaluates process performance based on established KPIs. Additionally, this position serves as the link between customers and internal engineering teams, focusing on the process and organization of requirements.

- Ensure the availability of customer requirement specifications.
Manage referenced documents such as GCSR, ISOs, norms, and standards.
Provide customer requirement specifications to all project stakeholders using defined requirements tools.
Distribute customer requirements to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Functional Owners, Project Managers) for analysis and system requirement derivation.
Exchange official evaluation results (e.g., DOORS/DNG) with the customer.
Maintain data integrity in Requirements Management tools.
Create and manage requirements specification baselines.
Measure and report process performance based on established KPIs.
Track and report missing analysis information.
Monitor and report the completeness of traceability and linking.
Support change requests related to requirements following tailored change request processes.
Request technical analyses and effort estimates for requirements from the Engineering Team.
Verify quotations from a requirements/system perspective.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Strong expertise in requirements management processes and tools.
Proficiency in embedded software and system design.
In-depth knowledge of the RFI/RFQ process and its implementation.
Experience with requirements management tools such as "DOORS" and "Doors Next Generation," including exchange mechanisms.
Familiarity with configuration management principles and tools, particularly baselining.
Understanding of process models like Automotive SPICE® or similar frameworks.
Advanced knowledge of software and hardware architectures, including wireless technologies (e.g., DSPs, ARM, multicore processing, WiFi, Bluetooth, 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G, CDMA) and/or infotainment systems (e.g., navigation, digital TV, rear seat entertainment, drive recorders).
Ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in both English and Japanese communication.
Experience collaborating with Japanese automotive manufacturers or suppliers.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
Ability to work in various settings, including office environments, client sites, or remote home offices.
Willingness to undergo background checks or aptitude tests as part of the hiring process.
