It is an exciting Japanese space start-up with a focus on rocket engines and aerospace component manufacturing. They have developed and will continue to develop various kinds of rocket engines and aerospace components that can be produced and operated at a cost viable for commercial use. As the space industry continues to develop their market growth looks very promising.
This position will require you to oversee financial operations for the company as prepare for IPO, raise capital, and navigate through the start-up phase of a business and plan for overseas expansion and operations.

- In this role you will be responsible for oversee the company finance operations.
-Raise seed round funding to help the company navigate as a start-up.
-Prepare the company for IPO.
-Over see debt and equity financing.
-Communicate with C suite members to coordinate and plan for future operations such as overseas ventures as they relate to finance.

-Strong experience in broad financial related roles.
-Strong experience with debt and equity financing.
-Ability to oversee fund-raising operations.
