Their experienced team specializes in designing, producing, and selling components, integrated systems, modules, and services to automakers and the aftermarket. The company offers a broad range of smart sensors and features that enhance vehicle safety and comfort, including automated parking systems and advanced driving assistance technologies.
This role involves driving business transformation through advanced data analysis and supporting cross-functional data utilization initiatives. The successful candidate will help improve existing database structures, expand data management systems, and integrate financial metrics into strategic insights. You will also explore new technologies and conduct PoC verifications to support innovation and provide actionable feedback to technical teams.

・Improvement and operation of existing database structure
・Expansion of data stored in the company's database, construction and operation of a data storage mechanism
・Reflection and incorporation of PL and budget figures
・Research on the latest technologies, market trends, and users
・Conceptual planning and roadmap formulation of enabling technologies based on the above
・Investigation of value acceptability and realization methods through PoC verification
・Propose specifications and provide feedback to each design department

- ・自動車業界での営業経験
・データベース構築に関する専門知識・および実務経験
・データ分析に関する知識および実務経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力
・Sales experience in the automotive industry
・Expertise and experience in database construction
・Knowledge and working experience in data analysis
・Business level Japanese and English skills
