Lead Hardware Engineer for Satellite Communications

A well known Japanese space company with locations in three countries. This company works to improve communication technology in the space sector developing satellite optical communication networks. By leveraging satellite simulation technology and spacecraft communication hardware they aim to connect telecommunications on a planetary level.
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the team designing new hardware for satellite communication devices. From HDL design to architecture design your team will spearhead development. Your work, if successful, will overcome some of the space industries greatest communication challenges and allow optical communications to drastically advance and benefit space operations around the world.

- In this role you will:
-Oversee the development of hardware related to satellite optical communications.
-Create circuit designs, architecture designs, HDL designs, and other technical work related to hardware development.
-Communicate technical expertise across teams and to necessary stakeholders.
-Anticipate long term challenges of development and correct for errors that occur.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・通信などのベースバンド信号処理方式開発、回線設計、変復調、エラー訂正に関する技能を有すること
・ソフトエアとハードウエアによる協調システム設計((100Mbps以上の通信速度が望ましい）と開発設計、商品化や実用化までの実務経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの実績を有しプロジェクトのとりまとめの経験を有すること
・開発段階で行われる決定が以降の業務に与える影響を理解する能力を有すること
・さまざまなタスクをフォローアップし、最小限の監督で優れた品質レベルで仕上げることを実現する能力を有すること
・正しい文書や口頭でのプレゼンテーションにおける技術的概念を詳しく説明し、要約できること
・優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーションスキルを有し、これらをチーム内およびチーム間のやり取りに適用できること
・Strong experience in baseband signal processing, circuit design, modulation, and communication systems.
・Strong Japanese language ability.
・Strong experience in designing hardware and software systems for production.
・Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges in the work environment.
・Strong understanding of the development process from concept to production.
・Confidence in developing junior team members and communicating technical expertise in a clear way.

- ・通信用ルータのハードウエア設計開発経験
・FPGAによるハードウエア開発やASIC設計（アナログ仕様、デジタル設計）の経験
・Linuxをベースにしたアームアーキテクチャでのハードウエアとソフトウエアの
協調システム開発
・アルゴリズムやソフトウエアや光学などの幅広い技術領域に知見や興味がある方
・海外の技術者と英語による技術コミュニケーション能力

・Some English ability.
・Experience developing products with communication speeds over 100 Mbps.
・Experience with FPGA hardware development or ASIC design.
