    · Assist clients in the car configuration process for bespoke and tailor-made orders, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their preferences and requirements are met and executed.
    · Develop a thorough understanding of the brand’s product range, customization options, and the latest trends in automotive design.
    · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
    · Utilize design skills to interpret client feedback and create visually stunning and functional designs.
    · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client configurations and delivery of vehicles, as well as support related marketing events.
    · Analyze dealer and market performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and meet targets.
    · Stay updated on industry developments and the brand’s new offerings to provide clients with the most current information. Maintain close contact with the headquarters team for ongoing training and catalogue updates.

  • 応募資格（必須）
    · Bachelor's degree in Design, Automotive Design, or a related field.
    · Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury industry, managing bespoke customization orders.
    · Passion for luxury cars and a deep appreciation for brand and heritage.
    · Proficiency in design software, specifically VRED and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
    · Excellent communication skills, able to cater to an international clientele. English and Japanese are mandatory, and additional languages are a plus (Korean and Chinese/Taiwanese Mandarin).
    · Ability to understand and relate to clients, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
    · Highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
    · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    · Flexibility to travel nationally and also internationally for brief periods of time
