As a Resident Engineer for a vehicle OEM, you will support the development of next-generation vehicle diagnostic applications used by car dealerships and service shops. This role requires deep expertise in vehicle diagnostics and close collaboration with both the OEM’s team and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.

- Work on-site at a vehicle OEM’s office as a resident engineer for vehicle diagnostic application development.
Support the research and development of next-generation diagnostic applications for the OEM.
Integrate diagnostic products and solutions into the project.
Provide regular feedback from the OEM to internal stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Deep knowledge and understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools (software diagnostic applications and hardware such as VCI).
Strong understanding of the usage and use cases of vehicle diagnostic tools.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the automotive field.
Ability to work independently in a structured and focused manner.
Practical mindset with strong cross-cultural adaptability skills.
High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to earn trust as a team player.
Passion for tackling complex technical challenges with customers and generating creative ideas.
Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) and business-level English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
