    ■UI/UXデザイン領域
    ・水循環システムのアプリの開発におけるUI/UXデザインのリード
    ・事業企画・商品企画と連携し、アプリに必要な価値と機能の構想を主導
    ・ソフトウェア開発チームと連携したUIデザインの実装（Figmaなどを使用）
    ・水循環システムを幅広いお客様にご利用いただくためのユーザー など

    ■コミュニケーションデザイン領域
    ・事業や水循環システムの仕組みをお客様にわかりやすく伝えるための、ブランドコミュニケーション、Web、製品プロモーションツールのデザイン
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ■デザイン実務スキル
    ・WEBまたはアプリの企画からUXの設計、UIデザインの落とし込みまで、一連の開発に関する実務経験（3〜5年）
    ・Figma、Illustrator、Photoshopなどのデザイン開発ツールに精通
    ■ユーザーリサーチ・企画スキル
    ・ユーザーの課題を発見し、UI/UXの改善やより良いコミュニケーション手段を企画できるスキル
    ■コミュニケーションスキル
    ・デザインのコンセプトや狙いを社内ステークホルダーにわかりやすく論理的に説明できるプレゼンテーションスキル
    ■チームワーク力
    ・スピードを求められるスタートアップの開発環境で仲間とコミュニケーションを図りながら問題解決の道筋を見出し、より良いアウトプットを出すチームワーク力
