This is a leadership role in cutting-edge research and development of AI/ML technologies—specifically AI Agents—within a Global Innovation and Data Science Laboratory. The mission is to drive business growth by applying advanced data analytics for prediction and optimization, while managing a research team that contributes to creating new social solution businesses.

- As the AI/ML R&D Manager, you'll oversee the development and strategic application of next-gen AI/ML technologies, mainly in the data science domain. Your role includes:
- Managing researchers and technical teams to align emerging technologies with business needs
- Leading the formulation and promotion of research themes based on global tech trends and internal capabilities
- Translating R&D efforts into tangible product or project plans through both project and product management
- Identifying and integrating external and internal technological seeds relevant to business innovation
