The company offers a broad range of smart sensors and features that enhance vehicle safety and comfort, including automated parking systems and advanced driving assistance technologies.
You will play a critical role in the success of the factory by overseeing policy and operations related to health, safety, and environment. Your work will prevent injury, assist in creating a cleaner and more energy efficient working environment, as well as ensure the general compliance of the team with regulations. Acting both proactively and in response to new challenges, your work will not only benefit the company but the individual safety of every team member.

- -You will lead the team in creating actionable goals and objectives for the improvement of the health, safety, and environment of the factory.
-You will oversee the implementation of new policies and plans to achieve those goals and respond as necessary to succeed in reaching your objectives.
-You will conduct audits and inspections on the site related to safety and quality, issuing internal guidance and carefully documenting progress and updates.
-You will conduct safety training covering topics such as harmful substances or heatstroke prevention.
-You will play an active role in CO2 reduction and environmental goal achievements specifically.

- 応募資格（必須）
- -Experience in an HSE related role in a factory setting.
-Business level Japanese with advanced English or Business level English with N3 Japanese.
-Strong knowledge of environmental management.
-Open to working in an international environment.
