A premium automotive importer is looking for a new Quality Manager. You will be responsible for providing recall, campaign, and all quality-related support for all dealers, analyzing quality data and strategically implementing actions based on the findings, managing all warranty-related activities, and overseeing budget control as well as team management.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ◼ Industry knowledge : Automotive (Essential)
◼ 5- 10 years+ of related and overall working experience
◼ 5 years+ of Leadership experience
◼ IT/System Knowledge: MS Office knowledge, nice to have is MLIT related systems

◼ Personal Competencies: Proactive attitude / approach, High degree of self-motivation, Stress resistance
Diligence, Willingness to learn
◼ Social Competencies: Good communication skills., Conflict management, Teamwork
