Join a French Automotive Supplier as a Sales Manager where you will be responsible managing the Toyota Account with 2 junior members in the team. Lead commercial strategy, pricing, and negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. Act as the voice of the customer internally and drive long-term business growth.

- - Develop and grow profitable business, increasing market share with the assigned OEM.
- Lead RFI/RFQ process, prepare and submit quotations, and manage all customer price negotiations.
- Define target pricing, track material margins, and ensure competitive yet profitable offers.
- Manage cash-in for invoices (prototypes, tooling, investments) and monitor receivables.
- Build and maintain trust-based customer relationships in line with the Code of Conduct.
- Coordinate cross-functional teamwork (finance, legal, project, plant) to meet project and commercial objectives.
- Validate contractual obligations with legal and ensure timely reception of customer documents.
- Drive productivity plans, cost savings, and profitability improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor customer scorecards, portals, and satisfaction, relaying customer insights internally.
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement of margin and cash optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- For managers: ensure team training and accountability in process management.

- 応募資格(必須)
- - Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred).
- 7+ years’ sales experience in automotive Tier 1 or high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation expertise.
- Financial literacy and ability to manage margins and cash flow.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business level).
