In this role you will oversee a variety of complex systems for exciting new aircraft, managing teams of talented engineers to navigate development, testing, and integration. You will add your professional knowledge in developing avionic systems, flight controls, power systems and more while integrating new development tools, coordinating with program managers and executive leadership to assess budgets and timelines, and insuring compliance and safety regulations.

- You will:
-Oversee the development, testing, and integration of aircraft systems ranging from avionics to to flight controls and powertrain systems.
-You will collaborate and lead personnel across teams to meet development, testing, and integration goals.
-You will work to comply with regulations and certification of the necessary legal bodies including in conducting safety assessments.
-Define the systems requirements and integration processes for a variety of complex aircraft systems.
-Coordinate with program managers to define the scope, schedule, and budget of development operations while mitigating risk and reporting progress.

- 応募資格（必須）
- -Strong English or Japanese ability.
-10 years or more working across aerospace and power development systems.
-5 years or more in a senior role mentoring, managing, and leading teams.
-Broad understanding of avionics, flight control systems, and electric propulsion specifically.
-Strong experience with safety analysis and certification processes.
