商用車向け車両診断システムの計画、開発、リリースに携わっていただきます。DTDツールを用いた診断準備の管理を担当し、新規プロジェクト、シリーズ変更、フィールド修正への対応を行います。
This role is part of the Diagnostics, Mobility & Digital Solutions team, focusing on the planning, development, and release of vehicle diagnostics systems for commercial vehicles. The engineer is responsible for managing diagnostics readiness using the DTD tool across new projects, series changes, and field fixes.

- 主な業務内容は、CXFやODXといった形式での診断プログラム作成、プロジェクト・研究開発・品質管理などの各部門との調整、車両の供給状況やプロジェクトスケジュールに沿った納期管理です。また、プロジェクトスケジュールの追跡、ECU変更内容の分析、仕様書や手順書の作成も担当します。
さらに、業務効率化やコスト最適化への取り組み、新技術の開発支援、管理部門向けの月次ダッシュボードやMISレポート作成にも貢献します。
Key responsibilities include authoring diagnostic programs in formats such as CXF and ODX, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Projects, R&D, QM), and ensuring timely delivery aligned with vehicle availability and project timelines.
The role also involves tracking project schedules, analyzing ECU change content, and preparing specification sheets and procedure manuals. Additionally, the engineer contributes to efficiency and cost excellence initiatives, supports the development of new technologies, and prepares monthly dashboards and MIS reports to support management visibility.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・機械系または工学系のバックグラウンド、3〜5年以上の関連業務経験
・プロジェクト管理、車両診断およびソフトウェアの知識・経験
・MS Officeの操作、およびXMLの知識
・語学力（日本語-日常会話レベル、英語-ビジネスレベル）
・Mechanical or Engineering background with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
・Project management, Vehicle diagnostics and software
・Computer basics, MS Office and XML knowledge
・Japanese: Conversational、English: Business
