The firm is very well-established in their country of origin with revenue of USD 500 million and globally working with more than 5,000 clients with more than 6,000 employees including 4,000 software engineers.
With over 20 years of successful partnerships including firms like Softbank and strengths in mobile and communications technologies, they are expanding into the next-generation in-vehicle mobility field where automotive manufacturers (OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers) are increasingly looking for innovative software development, especially in the areas of display, infotainment and audio solutions.
The firm has capabilities in embedded systems as well as upstream development and strength in integration between embedded development and UI and the US office is capable of providing services including software development, testing, and offshore development.
You would be working in a global team developing innovative embedded systems for the automotive industry collaborating with great engineers in Japan and North America to develop embedded software for automotive applications. The firm is looking for a passionate and experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

- · Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.
· Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
· Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
· Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project success.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
· Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - 5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
