In this role, as an experienced R&D Lead in System Development and Architecture, you will drive complex system engineering initiatives, lead cross‑functional development teams, and act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, leveraging your expertise in automotive system design and multi-disciplinary leadership.

    ・Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for R&D programs.
    ・Monitor progress against milestones and facilitate daily team meetings and task forces to promptly identify and resolve technical or project issues.
    ・Lead cross‑functional design reviews and align engineering efforts across departments such as Purchasing and Manufacturing.
    ・Serve as the primary technical interface with external stakeholders and customers, translating requirements into actionable development plans internally.
    ・Coordinate activities across multiple technical domains (software, hardware, mechanical, etc.) to ensure unified progress toward technical objectives.
    ・Define and optimize system architecture designs following product strategy and standardization policies.
    ・Decompose complex system‑level requirements into detailed technical requirements allocated appropriately across engineering domains.
    ・Mentor and guide team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    ・This role aligns with typical system architecture leadership responsibilities within advanced automotive technological development.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・10+ years of professional experience in system development and team leadership, including managing multi‑disciplinary engineering projects.
    ・Strong technical background in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) or related vehicle system technologies.
    ・Fluent in English and Japanese at a business‑proficient level.
    ・Proven experience working in the automotive industry or equivalent high‑technology engineering environments.
