Program Manager for Global Space Venture

Help establish the Tokyo branch and lead program management for a variety of satellite programs as the team experiences explosive growth in the Japanese market. Your work will ensure the timely completion and satisfaction of projects related to spacecraft missions. By bridging business and engineering, the west and Japan, and speed with reliability your work will be a critical contribution to one of the most exciting teams in the Japanese space industry.

募集要項

  • 職種要約
    -Oversee programs related to integration, testing, and satellite mission operations.
    -Manage the program from concept to completion, coordinating across a wide range of teams, developing proposal, timelines, and operations.
    -Contribute technical knowledge and coordinate budgets, trades, and coordination to achieve objectives.
    -Develop a pipeline for system design, audits, milestones, and overall objectives.
    -Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, presenting updates and briefings.
    -Carefully manage budgets and forecasts as well as timelines and scheduling for key program phases.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    -Native level Japanese with advanced English ability.
    -4 year or more degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
    -4 years experience in aerospace engineering, project management, or program management.
    -Experience with full mission life-cycles of spacecraft, especially satellites.
    -Experience with technical projects that include financial/budgeting key decisions.
    -Experience working across subsystem teams and managing stakeholders.
    -Occasional overseas business trips to Europe and North America.
