Infotainment System Engineer

This role is responsible for systems engineering activities for automotive Instrument Cluster and Infotainment products, ensuring requirements development and system design compliance with ASPICE and automotive standards. The position involves close collaboration with customers and cross-functional global engineering teams to support feature development, integration, quality improvement, and technical problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle.

    Develop and manage system requirements in compliance with ASPICE standards
    Perform requirements analysis, capture, and impact assessment based on customer and regulatory requirements
    Support technical discussions and requirements alignment with customers
    Estimate and plan systems engineering activities for projects
    Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams on technical design decisions
    Support defect analysis, cross-project verification, and risk escalation activities
    Participate in feature-level FMEA and fail-safe requirement development
    Review customer change impacts on cost, timing, and functionality
    Analyze project quality metrics and support process improvement activities
    Conduct peer reviews of systems engineering deliverables
    Support system integration testing and requirements traceability activities
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, E&TC, or related field
    Minimum 6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or System Testing within automotive embedded systems
    Strong knowledge of Instrument Cluster and Infotainment system architecture
    Experience with automotive features such as Fuel Algorithms, Trip Computer, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, Diagnostics, Voice, and Audio systems
    Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS NG and JIRA
    Understanding of CAN networks, diagnostics, system integration testing, and hardware architecture
    Experience with UML, MATLAB, or other modeling tools
    Strong communication and technical negotiation skills
    Business-level Japanese preferred
