As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of field engineers and technical specialists to support advanced semiconductor equipment and processes across the customer lifecycle. You will oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex electro‑mechanical, software, and system-level issues, ensuring high performance, reliability, and uptime in customer operations. In this role, you will drive etch process development and optimization for next‑generation logic technologies (2nm and beyond), supporting tool installations, qualification, and production ramp activities. You will collaborate closely with global engineering teams and customers, acting as a key technical liaison to identify challenges, implement solutions, and deliver continuous improvements in yield, productivity, and process performance, while developing talent and ensuring team readiness for evolving technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, productivity, and process performance, while delivering technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4–6 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing engineering or technical support teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in dry etch or plasma etch process engineering.
- Strong ability to drive process development and problem-solving through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment installation, qualification, and production ramp activities.
- Solid background in data analysis, statistical evaluation, and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
