In this role, you will support financial reporting, accounting operations, audit activities, and tax compliance for the Japan business.
Working as part of a lean local finance team, you will collaborate with overseas shared service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data, regulatory compliance, and efficient accounting processes.

- ・Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reporting activities.
・Validate accounts payable, travel & expense claims, and purchase order requests within internal systems.
・Prepare payroll-related and general ledger journal entries.
・Review and reconcile bank transactions and balance sheet accounts.
・Perform SAP data uploads, exports, and financial analysis support.
・Reconcile inventory movements and sales-related financial statements.
・Support external audit activities and corporate tax filing requirements.
・Manage fixed asset compliance and ensure alignment with IFRS, JGAAP, and local tax regulations.
・Maintain finance system master data and support system administration activities.
・Manage accounting documentation and support internal and external stakeholder communication.
・Assist with ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as required.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
・Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher.
・Fluent Japanese.
・Business-level English.
・3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including monthly and annual closing activities.
・Experience supporting corporate tax filing activities and responding to tax accountant requests.
・Understanding of payroll accounting and Japanese withholding tax regulations.
・Knowledge of lease accounting and inventory valuation principles.

- ・Knowledge of IFRS or equivalent international accounting standards.
・Experience working in a US or European multinational company.
・Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
・Experience using SAP and/or ERP systems.
