Sales Representative (Tier 1)

The company specializes in advanced vehicle systems and partners with leading OEMs to deliver high-quality, innovative mobility solutions. Known for its strong engineering capability and global quality standards, the organization offers a collaborative and international work environment.
In this role, you will manage assigned OEM customer accounts, support new business acquisition, coordinate commercial activities across internal teams, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will serve as the voice of the customer internally while also representing the company externally during pricing negotiations, RFQ activities, contract discussions, and project execution.

- Customer Account Management
・Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned OEM customers.
・Build long-term customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
・Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
・Manage customer communications and customer portal activities.
・Monitor customer scorecards and performance metrics.
Business Development & RFQ Management
・Support RFIs and RFQs for assigned customer accounts.
・Prepare and submit quotations on time.
・Support new business acquisition and market share growth.
・Promote innovative solutions and technologies to customers.
Commercial Negotiation & Pricing Management
・Lead customer price negotiations during development and production phases.
・Manage price revisions and commercial agreements.
・Negotiate customer contributions for tooling and development costs.
・Develop productivity improvement proposals and cost-reduction plans.
・Track pricing evolution and material margins by product.
Contract & Financial Management
・Support preparation and review of commercial and contractual documents.
・Coordinate with finance and legal teams regarding customer agreements.
・Monitor invoicing, account receivables, and cash collection activities.
・Improve project profitability, material margins, and cash flow.
Cross-Functional Coordination
・Work closely with engineering, program management, finance, legal, and manufacturing teams.
・Share customer requirements and feedback across internal stakeholders.
・Support project teams throughout development and production.

- 応募資格(必須)
- ・Bachelor's degree (Business preferred).
・3+ years of sales experience in automotive tier 1 suppliers, automotive components, high-volume manufacturing industries
・Experience managing OEM customer accounts.
・Strong negotiation skills.
・Financial and commercial understanding.
・Good knowledge of the automotive industry.
・Business-level Japanese & English
