This company is a global automotive technology supplier specializing in advanced sensing systems, electrification, and intelligent mobility solutions.
The company operates internationally with strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with major OEMs to develop next-generation safety and in-cabin technologies.
In this role you will support the production of automotive climate-control products, including HVAC, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems.
You will focus on improving manufacturing processes through data analysis, process optimization, equipment and line improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.

- Process & Productivity Improvement
・Analyze production data and identify process-improvement opportunities.
・Improve equipment utilization, cycle time, productivity, quality, and cost.
・Plan and implement process and production-line improvements.
・Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement activities.
Production Engineering & Shop-Floor Support
・Support manufacturing and production-engineering activities on the shop floor.
・Analyze equipment and process problems and implement corrective actions.
・Support new-product launches, equipment introduction, and production-line setup.
・Coordinate technical matters with equipment and manufacturing suppliers.
Process Control & Standardization
・Establish and improve manufacturing standards and standard processes.
・Apply structured problem-solving and process-quality tools such as PFMEA, FTA, 8D, PDCA, PFC, and cause-and-effect analysis.
・Promote 5S, safety, and sustainable productivity improvements.
・Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and other engineering functions.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Approximately 3–5 years of practical experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
・Hands-on experience identifying manufacturing/process issues and implementing improvements.
・Experience using data to analyze and improve production processes.
・Knowledge or practical experience with manufacturing problem-solving/process tools such as PFMEA / Process FMEA, FTA, 8D, PDCA, PFC / Process Flow Chart
Cause-and-Effect / Ishikawa analysis
・Business-level Japanese
・Conversational-level English or above for email, documentation, and internal communication.

- ・Automotive production/manufacturing engineering experience.
・Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge.
・Equipment installation or production-line launch experience.
・Industrial Engineering (IE) experience.
・Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
・Supplier coordination or negotiation experience.
・Experience with HVAC, thermal-management, air-conditioning, or ventilation products.
