A global semiconductor company headquartered in the United States, providing a broad portfolio of analog and embedded processing products for automotive, industrial and consumer electronics applications. The company develops semiconductor solutions supporting areas such as signal processing, power management and embedded systems, with products used across a wide range of electronic devices and systems.
In this role, you will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, working with business partners around the world to support the business unit. In this role, you will deliver both strategic and tactical HR support in a global capacity to employees and managers. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions – such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation – to execute people strategies and processes across the organization.

- • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and proactively challenging the status quo to drive organizational excellence.
• Translate global HR strategies into impactful local actions, maintaining end-to-end ownership from conceptual design to successful execution.
• Lead regular alignment sessions with business leaders to diagnose organizational pain points and workforce gaps, personally designing and delivering high-impact HR interventions—from structural changes to talent solutions—that support commercial growth
• Collaborate with COE functions — including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits — to ensure the seamless and rigorous delivery of HR programs.
• Set a benchmark for excellence within the HRBP team by sharing strategic frameworks and mentoring peers, fostering a collective shift toward high-value business partnering.
• Bridge local operational realities with global standards, acting as a constructive connector that ensures mutual understanding and alignment.
• Take hands-on ownership of complex organizational challenges, moving swiftly from root-cause diagnosis to the implementation of sustainable solutions.
• Manage employee relations and compliance matters with professional judgment, integrity, and appropriate urgency.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of HR experience in a Business Partner or COE role
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies and deliver measurable outcomes, not just programs.
- Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of local business culture with the credibility to challenge established norms and drive evolution while maintaining high trust
- Strong cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills within a global matrix organization.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of gaining consensus across diverse teams.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)
