As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support critical customer-focused business operations by managing reporting, order fulfillment activities, logistics coordination, and process improvement initiatives that ensure efficient and accurate execution across the organization. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, operations stakeholders, customers, vendors, and logistics partners to analyze operational data, maintain business reports, coordinate equipment delivery schedules, and support export-related processes. In this role, you will leverage advanced Excel and SAP capabilities to generate insights, process equipment orders, create quotations, monitor key performance metrics, and maintain data accuracy across business systems. You will also identify operational inefficiencies, support continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational issues, and drive cross-functional coordination to enhance service quality, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely execution of business commitments.
