A Japanese deep-tech startup established in April 2024, specializing in the development of autonomous driving systems for heavy-duty trucks. The company aims to transform Japan’s logistics industry by addressing challenges such as driver shortages, an aging workforce, and increasing freight transportation demand. Focusing on autonomous highway transportation, it develops advanced AI-powered technologies designed to improve transportation safety, operational efficiency, and logistics sustainability. Through collaboration with automotive manufacturers and logistics companies, the company is working toward the commercialization of autonomous trucking solutions and the development of next-generation automated freight transportation infrastructure in Japan.

Build the web toolchain that the entire data closed loop runs on. You'll design and deliver the platforms that annotation teams, algorithm engineers, and data operations use every day—multi-modal labeling systems, dataset management consoles, training job UIs, and simulation task dashboards—and layer in AI capabilities (VLM-assisted labeling, RAG-powered search) to make those workflows smarter.

    ・Own fullstack design and delivery of core data platform modules: multi-modal annotation systems (image/point cloud/video), dataset management consoles, training job scheduling UIs, and simulation task management—end-to-end from API design to frontend interaction
    ・Build React + TypeScript interfaces for annotators, algorithm engineers, and data operations: complex annotation workflow state machines, multi-role task routing, high-volume data tables and visualization rendering
    ・Develop backend API services with Nest.js (or a comparable Node.js framework): task scheduling and state transition logic, integration with Python data processing services (gRPC/RESTful), efficient loading and interaction with multi-modal data (Protobuf/binary streams/S3 storage)
    ・Integrate AI capabilities into the toolchain: VLM/LLM-assisted pre-annotation, RAG-based scene retrieval, and natural language data querying—engineering the human-AI collaborative labeling workflow end-to-end
    ・Collaborate closely with data platform backend engineers and algorithm engineers to rapidly convert tooling requirements from collection, mining, annotation, and training workflows into shipped features; participate in technical reviews and drive platform standardization
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・Bachelor's degree or above in CS or a related field; 3+ years of fullstack development experience with at least one end-to-end delivery of a data platform, annotation tool, or internal B2B product; frontend-leaning is fine, but backend API design and database interaction must be production-proven
    ・Autonomous driving data closed-loop background: understands the engineering workflow of at least one of collection, annotation, training, or simulation; able to analyze tooling requirements from the user's perspective and align directly with annotators or algorithm engineers without PM translation
    ・Proficiency in React + TypeScript: deep understanding of component design and decomposition, Hooks internals and performance optimization, state management (Redux/Zustand/Jotai or equivalent); familiar with Vite/Webpack; able to independently deliver moderately-to-highly complex interactive UIs
    ・Node.js backend development experience (Nest.js/Express/Koa): RESTful API design, layered architecture (controller/service/repository), database operations (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and integration with Python microservices
    ・Strong engineering discipline: able to define MVPs, drive delivery in high-velocity environments, and ship before iterating

    ・Production experience with task queues or workflow engines (BullMQ, Temporal); designed complex state machines
    ・Data visualization (ECharts/Antd Charts/D3): high-performance large-dataset tables and charts
    ・Docker/Kubernetes; able to independently containerize and deploy services
    ・Active user of AI coding tools (Cursor/Copilot) with concrete productivity gains
