A Japanese deep-tech startup established in April 2024, specializing in the development of autonomous driving systems for heavy-duty trucks. The company aims to transform Japan’s logistics industry by addressing challenges such as driver shortages, an aging workforce, and increasing freight transportation demand. Focusing on autonomous highway transportation, it develops advanced AI-powered technologies designed to improve transportation safety, operational efficiency, and logistics sustainability. Through collaboration with automotive manufacturers and logistics companies, the company is working toward the commercialization of autonomous trucking solutions and the development of next-generation automated freight transportation infrastructure in Japan.
Responsible for the R&D of a high-precision, highly available autonomous driving mapping toolchain. You will automate map-making and deployment workflows in the cloud and implement unified data flow monitoring.

- ・Lead the R&D and construction of in-house high-definition point cloud map annotation tools, supporting complex data logic processing requirements in challenging scenarios.
・Lead the design and application of Web-based, large-scale point cloud rendering engines (leveraging libraries like Potree in depth), and heavily optimize the loading and rendering performance of hundreds of millions to billions of point clouds in the browser.
・Drive the full-stack architecture design and core code development for both frontend and backend. Collaborate closely with Autonomous Driving Algorithm and HMI teams to ensure highly efficient workflows across the upstream and downstream toolchain.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Proficient in the React frontend framework ecosystem and related backend systems (e.g., Node.js/Python/Go), with the ability to independently execute full-stack development from application architecture to implementation.
・Proficient in mainstream Web 3D visualization rendering libraries, with a deep understanding of mechanisms for handling massive point cloud data (like Potree), and highly skilled in WebGL/WebGPU performance tuning techniques.
・Practical experience in processing ultra-large-scale 3D point cloud data, specifically in frontend real-time loading, Level of Detail (LOD) management/clipping, and rendering architecture deployment.
・Ability to independently plan and execute the automation of toolchain workflows (e.g., Dockerized service deployment, cloud-based scheduling, and task orchestration design).
