空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL/電動垂直離発着機）のファイナンス担当として、主に国内外の投資家からの資金調達業務全般および、ファイナンスに関わる業務を担っていただきます。
CFO及びファイナンスマネージャーと連携し、国内外の投資家・金融機関に対するあらゆる手段を用いた資金調達業務を推進していただきます。当社の事業戦略や競争優位性を伝える"Equity Story"の構築・プレゼンテーションから、出資・融資交渉、各種投資条件や契約の交渉までを一貫して担っていただきます。
また、最適な資金調達の「手法」や「スキーム」を自ら提案・実行し、DD対応や関連資料の作成など、クロージングまでの実務を幅広くお任せします。"資金調達の成功"を最優先ミッションとし、既存の枠にとらわれない柔軟な発想で、会社の成長に貢献していただくことを期待しています。
