This role provides on-site technical support to automotive customers in the Nagoya area, acting as the primary interface between the customer and remote R&D teams. It focuses on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth integration of advanced radar imaging solutions.

- Deliver daily technical support to customers and serve as the on-site liaison for R&D teams in Japan and Israel.
Identify, report, and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent escalation.
Support hardware, software, and algorithm integration for radar imaging products.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to align expectations and solutions.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field.
3–5 years of experience or recent graduate with strong technical aptitude.
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage demanding customer interactions.

- Familiarity with Matlab, Python, or similar tools for data analysis or embedded software development.
Practical experience in software coding.
Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers from evaluation to mass production.
Knowledge of RF, mixed signal, DSP, and MCU firmware concepts.
