Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Deliver daily technical support to customers and serve as the on-site liaison for R&D teams in Japan and Israel.
    Identify, report, and resolve
    Identify, report, and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent escalation. Support hardware, software, and algorithm integration for radar imaging products.

  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field.
    3-5 years of experience or
    Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage demanding customer interactions.
  • Preferred
    Familiarity with Matlab, Python, or similar tools for data analysis or embedded software development.
    Practical experience in software coding.
    Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers from evaluation to mass production.
