Personal Information Appropriate Management Regulations (Date of enactment: April 1, 2017, Last revised: August 1, 2023)

As a fee-charging employment agency, Turnpoint Consulting Corporation fully recognizes the importance of personal information entrusted to us, and we take our responsibility for privacy protection seriously, and hereby declare that we will strive to handle personal information appropriately.

1. management of personal information

We will ensure the security and accuracy of personal information, implement preventive measures against unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and promptly implement corrective measures in the event of any problems.

2. purpose of use of personal information

Personal information will be collected, used, and provided only to the extent necessary to carry out the Company's business in the fee-charging employment placement business and for the employment and personnel management of employees, and will not be used beyond the extent necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

- When the necessary information has been clearly indicated or notified to the person in advance and the consent of the person has been obtained.

4. outsourcing

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information. In the event of outsourcing, we will select an outsourcing partner on the condition that the partner has secured an adequate level of personal information protection, and we will enter into a contract regarding personal information protection before outsourcing. In addition, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the management of such contractors.

Customers may contact the Company's Inquiry Desk to request disclosure of their personal information (notification of purpose of use; disclosure; correction, addition, or deletion of content; suspension of use or deletion; suspension of provision to third parties).
