Authorized NPO|Kids Door
In recent years, as globalization has progressed, we have begun to support Kids' Door, a certified non-profit organization, in order to help language learning activities in any way we can.
We hope that by donating a portion of our sales, we can encourage as many children as possible to participate in language learning activities.
Authorized NPO|Good Neighbors Japan
As a first step of social contribution, we started to support Good Neighbors Japan with the hope of helping to address poverty issues related to food, which is indispensable for daily life.
This is a non-profit organization that provides food to single-parent families in order to reduce the number of needy families as much as possible.

With an emphasis on improving work-life balance, we have introduced a flextime system (10:00-16:00) to create an environment that supports flexible work styles.
In addition, we conduct physical examinations for employees over 40 years of age to ascertain their health status and contribute to health promotion. We are also developing an influenza vaccination program for all employees.

We have a biannual evaluation system that provides semi-annual opportunities for promotion and salary increases. We have established an evaluation system based on speedy and fair assessment of each employee's growth and performance.
Training Program
Language Support: Since internal communication is conducted in English, we provide training to improve English skills. We also provide support for improving Japanese language skills through online training and other means.
External Seminar Training: We provide opportunities to participate in training in various areas such as management and sales. We support our employees in developing their skills and expertise by participating in external seminars and training.

This award is presented to the consultant who demonstrates the most outstanding performance during the year. It is presented to a consultant who has demonstrated outstanding performance through significant sales growth.
Top Biller Award
This award is presented to a consultant with an outstanding record of annual sales exceeding 30 million yen.
Annual Best Practice Awards
This award is given to the consultant who has provided the most outstanding job search assistance throughout the year, selected from the monthly best practices (i.e., the award given to the most outstanding signings achieved during the month). The award recognizes achievements that inspire the entire team through progressive and effective approaches.
