Manage the full 360° recruitment process with candidates and clients from sourcing, interview process, placement, and aftercare.
• Diligently pursue and attract qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing strategies including scout sites, referrals, head-hunting, and registered candidates.
• Develop strong trusting relationships with high caliber professionals
• Develop new business through targeting clients in the automotive and mobility industry and studying trends in growing segments of the industry.
• Continuously strive to improve your understanding of your clients’ business, their corporate cultures and needs to leverage this knowledge and consult intelligently.
• Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Prior Recruitment Experience would be greatly advantageous but is not an absolute requirement.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Solid active listening skills and a sharp mind to process and simplify information.
• Fluency in English
• You are self-critical and always try to improve yourself.
• You are disciplined in your nature when it comes to work.

Final Interview
The interview will take place at our office, and will be conducted both in English and Japanese.
