As a member of the sales organization, you will be expected to expand and develop new customers in the Japan market, proactively offer products to clients across a wide range of industries—from small and mid‑sized businesses to large enterprises—and close business while building long‑term relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pricing, negotiations, and ongoing account support. The role requires close collaboration with global sales, sourcing, and operations teams to meet customer needs and delivery timelines. Successful candidates will be driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, market‑driven environment.

- Build relationships with potential customers through all channels such as phone, email, chat, and in-person visits

- Cold calling to new and existing customers
- Relationship building with clients acquired by Business Development Managers (BDMs)

- Coordination and stock confirmation with the global purchasing team (in English)

- 応募資格(必須)
- - At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
- A high-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry.
- Confident in making cold calling, excellent in relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated problem solver with result-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated a successful record and achievement in the prior sales position in any industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other business tools.
- Business level Japanese and English
