This position is responsible for driving technical sales activities and strategic business development for automotive software and cybersecurity solutions in the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) domain. The role focuses on understanding customer challenges and proposing value-driven solutions across areas such as AUTOSAR, onboard/offboard security software, and security consulting services.
The position works closely with account managers, global solution teams, engineering organizations, and product management to support acquisition projects and expand strategic business opportunities with Japanese OEMs and Tier suppliers.

- Drive strategic sales opportunities together with account managers and global teams
Understand customer use cases, technical priorities, and pain points, and propose suitable solutions
Support go-to-market activities for new software and security solutions
Coordinate with engineering, product management, FAE, and marketing teams during acquisition activities
Act as the technical sales expert for automotive software and cybersecurity solutions
Build strong relationships with Japanese OEMs and Tier suppliers
Support customer adoption and long-term business growth

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing technical roles
Software development knowledge and embedded systems understanding
Knowledge of AUTOSAR or automotive OS/software technologies
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent
