This role focuses on direct sales and business development for automotive OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers in the Hiroshima area. It involves expanding customer accounts, promoting software solutions for sheet metal stamping workflows, and driving market development initiatives.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop new customer accounts independently.
    Expand existing OEM accounts with additional software modules.
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
    Support secondary distribution channels.
    Create and execute sales plans to drive market growth.
    Document customer account
    Document customer account details including organizational structure and future opportunities. Conduct value-based engagement sales activities with key accounts.
  • Requirements
    Native-level Japanese proficiency; English communication skills desirable.
    Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related
    Strong understanding of Japanese market and work culture.
    Software/intangible sales experience within the automotive industry.
    Excellent
    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to close complex deals in a cost-driven industry.
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of automotive engineering processes, preferably body engineering.
    Experience in CAE software within the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2). Tier 2).
