The company is seeking a Senior / Staff Power Cell Development Engineer to lead the development of next‑generation power‑cell platforms, including silicon‑based drone cells and lithium‑metal‑based (LMB) power cells. The engineer will be responsible for executing material evaluations, formula development, process optimization, and cell‑design activities aligned with the technical roadmap. This role includes designing cell products to meet customer requirements, validating electrochemical and safety performance, and driving continuous improvement. The engineer will lead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, prepare and release technical documentation, collaborate with customers on development topics, and provide support across internal departments on technical issues related to cell products.
The position is based on‑site in South Korea, working closely with global engineering, materials, and production teams.

- Platform & Product Development
Execute new platform development aligned with the company’s technical roadmap, including material evaluation, formula development, and process assessment.
Design cell products based on customer performance, safety, and application requirements.
Validate cell performance—including electrochemical behavior, safety characteristics, and reliability—and drive continuous product optimization.
NPI & Documentation Ownership
Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities for new power‑cell platforms.
Prepare and release all relevant documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), DFMEAs, and sample‑build indexes.
Oversee sample‑build activities and drive issue resolution, including leading failure analysis (FA).
Cross‑Functional & Customer Collaboration
Participate in technical discussions with customers regarding new product development programs, requirements, and performance evaluations.
Support material‑development initiatives across cathodes (e.g., high‑Ni NMC), anodes (graphite + silicon‑based materials, lithium metal), separators, binders, and current‑collector foils.
Provide technical support to internal teams on issues related to cell design, process, quality, or performance.

- 応募資格（必須）
- - Master’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power‑cell or drone‑cell product development, with strong knowledge of lithium‑ion and lithium‑metal battery technologies.
- Ability to independently lead full product‑development cycles, from concept to validation.
- Strong failure‑analysis, problem‑solving, and data‑analysis capabilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience collaborating with customers on technical topics and development programs.
